1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "66ep" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 66ep online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://66ep.org and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 66ep or otherwise accesses and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal registered profile created by a player on 66ep, including the associated PKR wallet and transaction history.
• "Funds" means real-money Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balances deposited into or credited to a player's 66ep account wallet.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money.

• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a player on any sports betting market, casino game, slot, colour game, bingo round, or any other gaming product available on 66ep.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 66ep platform — whether by visiting https://66ep.org, creating an account, logging into an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective immediately upon your first use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 66ep in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all previous versions of any terms and conditions published by 66ep. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

66ep reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3. Eligibility

To register and use a 66ep account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 66ep strictly enforces this age limit and will request government-issued identity verification documents from any player where age is in doubt.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts on 66ep.
• You must not be self-excluded from 66ep or from any other online gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that covers 66ep's services.
• You must not be accessing 66ep from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 66ep is lawful in your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 66ep or any affiliated company, including game providers and payment processors, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on 66ep. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held across them may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 66ep is not liable for losses arising from incorrect or outdated account information provided by you.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 66ep will require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address issued within the last three months. 66ep may also request proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 66ep are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 66ep does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on local Pakistani payment methods. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees — 66ep is not responsible for any charges levied by payment service providers.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 100
• Accepted deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, Mastercard
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 66ep wallet within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within 5–30 minutes for bank transfers.
• 66ep reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds where AML obligations require it.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 200
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered 66ep account.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically complete within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 66ep reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected, pending investigation.
• In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 66ep reserves the right to forfeit the balance at its sole discretion where the violation warrants such action.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 66ep offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on games within the eligible category specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 66ep reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or reverse bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe bonus abuse has occurred. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent eligibility restrictions, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• 66ep's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

7. Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets placed on 66ep — whether on cricket, other sports, live casino tables, slots, colour game, or bingo — are subject to the specific game rules published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 66ep system and a bet reference number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets are void.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet placement, 66ep will reconstruct the outcome from its server logs. The reconstructed result is final and binding.
• For sports betting: if an event is abandoned before the minimum play required for settlement has occurred (as defined in the sport-specific rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific cricket rules apply to PSL and international matches in respect of rain interruptions and DLS method outcomes.
• 66ep reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price ("palpable error"). Winnings paid in respect of such bets may be reclaimed by 66ep.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These limits are displayed within each betting market and game interface.
• Live in-play odds are updated in real time. Bets accepted during a delay in the live feed are subject to cancellation at 66ep's discretion if the odds were materially inaccurate at the time of acceptance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 66ep and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Money laundering — depositing funds obtained through illegal activity and attempting to withdraw them as clean winnings. 66ep operates full Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Automated betting software — using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that automates bet placement, game interaction, or account management on 66ep.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer casino games or poker formats.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a way that is clearly contrary to their intended purpose.
• Match fixing or insider information — placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of sporting events, or in any way contributing to or benefiting from the manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after depositing funds on 66ep. Any outstanding chargeback amount will be treated as a debt owed to 66ep.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 66ep platform — including but not limited to the 66ep brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, source code, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 66ep or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 66ep platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 66ep platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 66ep platform.
• Use any 66ep branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 66ep.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 66ep platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 66ep's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 66ep shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost profits, or loss of data.

66ep does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or force majeure events may affect platform availability. 66ep will make reasonable efforts to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses caused by downtime.

In all cases where 66ep is found to be liable to you, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your 66ep account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

66ep takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information by 66ep is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 66ep and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to 66ep processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Responsible Gaming

13. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by 66ep: 66ep reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to withhold any associated balance — where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct (as described in Section 8) is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations require 66ep to restrict or terminate access.

Where an account is closed by 66ep due to a terms breach, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting amounts subject to chargeback, fraud investigation, or forfeiture) may be returned to the player at 66ep's sole discretion following the conclusion of any relevant investigation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

66ep reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a specific notice period. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date clearly displayed at the top of the document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Details of the applicable ADR body will be provided upon escalation. 66ep's decision following the ADR process is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
